About Us

Founder Bio

My name is Josiah Draghine, and I’m a 13-year-old student at Evergreen Middle School. Math is my favorite subject, and I have a deep passion for technology, problem-solving, and innovation. One of my biggest dreams is to become a Computer Scientist, as I love learning and creating with technology.
Outside of school, I lead the Robotics Club, where I enjoy teaching my peers how to build and program dierent types of robots. This experience allows me to share my love for engineering while helping others develop their creativity and technical skills.
One of my proudest accomplishments is founding Kidz Tutor Kidz, a peer-to-peer tutoring program that helps students become mentors. Through this initiative, we foster leadership, communication, and social skills while building strong and healthy peer relationships.
When I’m not studying or tutoring, I enjoy playing video games—especially Call of Duty. I also love coding and constructing massive LEGO sets, finding excitement in the challenge of figuring things out.
I am incredibly grateful for my academic journey and the opportunity to run a business that allows me to make a dierence. But I don’t take the credit—this was all God. I am a proud believer in Jesus Christ, and I strive to use my talents to inspire and uplift others.

About Kidz Tutor Kidz

Kidz Tutor Kidz is a peer-to-peer tutoring program that encourages peer tutors that are more advanced or have mastered specific subject areas to assist other students in understanding material. Thereby building each other’s confidence and at the same time reinforcing their own knowledge. This student-lead approach to learning that focuses on building confidence is what separates Kidz Tutor Kidz from other tutoring programs.
